•	Customer should discuss the project with our Studio and commercial team ensuring that correct specifications are given and understood. ( see contact us) Budget quotations can be given at this point.
•	The Designer should be involved at an early stage in order to ensure a good focus on the issues and to minimise costs.
•	Artwork can be provided on a CD or as a transparency. Data files should be in RGB .Tiff format and accompanied by a “match to” print depicting the customer’s expectations. Email data can be used subject to resolution constraints. Jpeg files can be used dependant on the project requirements.
•	Data should be provided at 300dpi actual size (re the image to be created)
•	In the case of Tiles – DCS can supply or in special cases we can use “customer specified” tiles.
•	Final quotations will be provided at this stage.
•	In the case of tile murals, DCS will create a “map” to guide installers through the application process.
•	Certificates covering food safety or mechanical resistance can be provided if required.
•	A proof firing can be supplied before final production is commenced.
•	After inspection goods can be shipped to site.
